Flannagan Peressini and Shaw short-listed in 2017 Real Estate Business Awards

A BOOMING Diamond Valley real estate firm could chalk up two of the industry’s most coveted awards.
Flannagan Peressini and Shaw, which started up 18 months ago, was short-listed in the new office of the year category, while its director Ben Flannagan was short-listed in the rising star category for the 2017 Real Estate Business Awards.
The national awards, which have been running for five years, recognise the industry’s leading agents, property managers and office groups.
The Greensborough real estate agency was the only Victorian office to be short-listed.
Real Estate Business editor Tim Neary says the awards recognise the industry’s most innovative agents and businesses who are able to flourish despite the industry’s ongoing disruptive challenges.
“The Real Estate Business Awards honour those who are driving the real estate profession to new heights,” Mr Neary said.
“All of the finalists embody the level of service and dedication that both sellers and buyers have come to expect from the country’s real estate professionals.”
Mr Flannagan said he was humbled by the rising star nomination.
The winners will be announced on July 6.
